    We' visited this Fast Place Urgent Care when my daughter needed medical attention on October 18, 2023 for an injury. We paid a $25 co-pay per or insurance. This was all they asked for as far as payment and all we should have paid prior to it being processed by insurance. However, they are refusing to work with or follow up with our insurance and they tried to charge my credit card with no notice or authorization for $250 on November 17, 2023. My credit card company flagged this attempt as fraud and I had them refuse the charge. We called Fast Pace on this same day and talked with someone and explained that insurance is processing the claim for payment. They made it sound like that was ok and they would wait and we made it clear they did not have our authorization to charge or card again. We also followed up with insurance on November 17, 2023 confirming it was in process and that it was waiting on medical group approval which can take up to 45 days for review which we haven't passed yet. The insurance claim was not and is not denied. It is being processed but they charged my card again on November 18, 2023. This time it went through. I would like it refunded. Insurance is processing the claim. It hasn't been denied and they have no right to make this charge without cause, notice, and my authorization. They need to follow procedure and proper channels and work with insurance.
