            I am reaching out for some advice on a recent situation we had with a consultant. We hired a consultant, *** ***** ******* of Sokari & Co. LLC recently to support strengthening our Board governance, but particularly to provide a strategic plan with a revised vision and mission. Below were the deliverables: ******* ******** Strategic Plan + Board Development Including: • Organizational Strategic Plan: An effective, equitable, and inclusive strategic planning process. The process will consist of 2 - 3 interactive two-hour sessions, virtually or in-person, during which we'll delve into the seven strategic objectives of your organization. The final product will be a 3-year plan with year 1 prioritized quarterly goals and a three-month action plan to kickstart your progress. • Board Retreat: 1-full day in-person retreat or a 2-day half-day virtual retreat. This is a planned intentional time with the board and staff to (1) clarify the mission + vision; (2) align on goals; and (3) inspire + engage the board through relationship building. • Governance (Board) Essentials: Board Manual, Bylaws, Board Processes, Code of Conduct, Board Job Descriptions & Contract We had a really great board retreat and I was supposed to receive the strategic plan on 26 April. So far I have not received it and we have paid in full (I have attached the receipt). I have tried calling and messaging and it was only until I scheduled a call with her for 15 May that she responded to. However, she never showed up for the call. Right before the call, she added some of the final documents such as the Code of Conduct, Board Member descriptions and the contract. The rest of the Board manual includes the old strategic plan, by-laws and old mission and vision. There is no strategic plan attached. I have attached the Board Manual for your reference. I am unable to attach all the documents but all we would like is the agreed upon completion of the strategic plan which is not in the Google Drive.
