If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called and made an appointment for a manicure and a pedicure. I walked in, and reiterated that I had an appointment for a manicure and a pedicure. I was told to pick my polish, and I got my pedicure. While I was getting my pedicure, the man I’d called and talked to on the phone, asked if I wanted a color change. Yes, that was a part of the manicure I’d scheduled, but when the manicurist left an edge of the red that I’d just had removed under a sloppy paint job, I was told if I’d asked for a manicure, that would have been dealt with, but since I only asked for a color change, it was some how my part. It was overt narcissistic, blame-shifting. But it didn’t stop there. What happened next was the appalling part. I said I had made an appointment for a manicure, and I was told by the man that I had talked to on the phone that I had not. He laughed. Told me I was wrong, shaking his head no, and smiling with disgust each time I said I’d asked for a mani, pedi. Then his wife tag teamed with him talking over me and dismissing my complaint while talking to other customers about how it was really me that was the problem. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?! Not at this salon. Instead, they narcissistically blame shift, refusing responsibility and treating the customer with disgust. The man I’d spoke to received numerous calls, I made one call, and I know what I asked for. Then when I asked for his name, he refused to give me his name, as he laughed and shook his head in disgust. When I asked his wife for his name, she too refused. Since he wouldn’t give me his name, either. They should be held accountable for treating a customer with such contempt. I felt sick to have to pay for a service when the customer service was so appalling. I will not be back and will encourage others to avoid this salon in the future.
