    I visited Ky Fertility & Gynecology beginning 01/03/22 and ending 09/06/22, for fertility assistance and eventually for pregnancy related checkups/ultrasounds. I then moved away, my last visit with this office being 09/06/22, and began to go to a new office at ******* **** of Lake Cumberland in Somerset, KY. I eventually went on to deliver my baby in Somerset at **** ********** ******** ******** on 01/18/2023. I paid my balance in office at my last visit with KY Fertility & Gynecology, and followed up online for the remainder of any further balance charged, showing a zero balance as of 11/15/22. On 12/29/22 I was charged a $6,250.00 bill with KY Fertility & Gynecology for *********** *****, being notified of this on 01/18/2023. My insurance was billed, and the remainder of $664.42 was billed to me. When contacting the practice, I let them know this was not my charge, and could not be because I had not been to KY Fertility & Gynecology since 09/06/2022. The billing department admitted this was another person's bill which had been incorrectly applied to my account. They did not initially offer much help in getting this resolved, only told me that insurance was already tangled in the mess and that would need fixed first. I contacted ****** ***** and let them know, and received help having this claim denied and the money retracted for this bill. KY Fertility & Gynecology then sent me a statement as of 04/27/2023 showing a zero balance. I am now being billed for this again, and told that they are trying to make up for other visits they claim I have not paid for. I saved the bill I received showing that the charge is for the 12/29/22 visit as well as the insurance claim and explanation of benefits which shows this was initially approved and then denied. I am continually being told they will "handle it" without getting any information on how or when, only that I cant have any answers until ****** in billing talks to ** ******** "sometime next week" (same answer for months)
