DDR was the perfect choice for our project. We added a master suite, moved the laundry room, expanded our kitchen, combined a full bath and half bath, created another bedroom, and created a craft room. Every room in our house had work done. From the very first meeting with Kevin K., everything went so smoothly. Nate W., our project manager, has been exceptional. The small issues that arose were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Hate made great suggestions to improve our project. The outcome is better than we hoped! We would highly reccomend DDR to anyone!

This is the second project that we've had DDR do for us. The first one was a 2 car garage in 2019 and this current project, a covered, screened deck. From the start of the project, meeting with our sales contact, Kevin who worked with us on both project, Jesse who worked on our plans and our project manager Leroy have all done an excellent job with this project. That also goes for all those that worked behind the scenes that we never met. Leroy, our project manager is very professional, responsive and attentive to our needs. All of the workers assigned to our project have done an excellent job in workmanship and they have been very kind, respectful of our property, always cleaning up the work area at the end of their work day. This respect and kindness goes for our project manager all the way down to the young men who work on the clean up crew, cleaning up supplies and construction debris from the work area. We did a mid project change by adding two side light windows to our portico and Leroy was able to graciously handle this change by adjusting the work schedules accordingly to handle the delay this change created due to special ordering of custom sized windows. This is why we came back to them for this second project and will do so again in the future if we decide to remodel our basement. They do a great job from start to finish and we would highly recommend them. They construct a quality project.

We are very happy with the garage and covered deck that DDR built for us. The quality of work was excellent. Our project manager did a great job of keeping us informed, and followed up on any questions or concerns that we had. The crews were courteous and professional. We highly recommend this company.

DDR did a basement buildout for us in our 4-year old home, and I recommend them highly. We shared excellent communication, with efficient scheduling and followup, and their team was professional in all items, following up on every detail. We are so pleased with our office/guest suite and won't hesitate to use them again!

DDR built a covered patio for us and did an excellent job...always called to let me know when they were coming ...Nate even helped me with choosing the right color scheme since our existing color would have been very dark under the covering...turned out beautiful...cannot even tell that it was an aftermarket add on...very professional... The size of our covering is 13 x 26 over a 12 x 24 patio.. I would highly recommend

5.0 Chuck S. Frankfort, KY 11/19/2024 Add a Sunroom or Patio Enclosure Our experience overall has been excellent. Job was started and completed in a timely manner. Every job comes with it's own set of problems and ours was no different, but every obstacle was met with prompt resolution and care. The work crews were all courteous and on time. We were notified by the project manager, Nate W*****, on every step of our project. He kept us well informed on what was happening and when. His attention to detail was impressive. There were so many little details and he took care of every single one. Our project involved removal of our old second level deck 12' X !2' and replaced with a second level covered 12' x 22' screen room. The roof is attached to our existing roof and the shingles, siding and gutters were all matched to our existing colors and materials. The sitting area has a semi-vaulted ceiling with ceiling fans and lights, Code required railings be installed all the way around as the screen room is high off the ground. All materials used are maintenance free (Fiberon for steps and flooring) and black heavy aluminum railings all around the inside and stairs. Excellent! During construction some lawn damage was done and the crew brought dirt and made repairs, laying grass seed and straw. Also, our lower deck screen door was damaged by workers and DDR replaced the door free of charge, no questions asked. A light was also damaged under the deck and that too, was taken care of by DDR. What more can be asked for!! All permits for electrical and construction were secured and inspections were done in a timely manner. So, as for our satisfaction, we are highly pleased with all the personnel from DDR, and my wife is ecstatic with the results of our new screen room. It is our recommendation, if you are in the market for an addition to your home, by all means contact DDR. You will not be disappointed
