They get 1 star because I'm not dead. I went in for a breast reduction and abdominal liposuction. They pushed me to get both at once, offering discounts on pricing. I accepted because I trusted them. I expressed that my biggest fear was coming out looking pregnant due to the excess of fat stored on my belly. They kept saying they can only remove x ml at a time, but did not explain what that meant in terms of body fat removal or where that limit might leave me. They also did not explain any of the potential side effects. Post surgery, I now know the doctor did not bother making sure to remove different amounts from each breast to balance the size difference, so they are lopsided exactly as before. A large part of my upper body is now permanently numb. What I'm most angry about is that the lipo they were supposed to do is not noticeable, so I will spend the rest of my life looking 6 months pregnant. They claimed to have used all the allowed removal for breast tissue, which would be fine if I had not EXPLICITLY STATED I did NOT want to end up looking the way they left me. All they had to do was explain, and I would have done the procedures separately to get the results I wanted. Instead I will hate the way I look for the rest of my life because I don't have the money to fix their mistakes. They offered no apology, no refund, and no fixes. Just flipped rapidly between before and after pics until I could see the minuscule reduction that is nowhere even vaguely close to what I was promised. I cried before at the prospect of looking the way they showed me because I was happy. I cried after because they showed me that and then cheated me out of it by not doing their job. To add insult to injury they laughed when I was afraid of the tube removal hurting.
