Our project was replacing 3 bathroom countertops and sinks that were 29 years old. They were very outdated and disgusting. I would show before and after pics if it were possible. I can’t say enough about how extremely pleased we are with this company. There is a lot to say when choosing between a corporate company vs a family owned one. We had visited other places and could barely get any employees to give us the time of day. I found Louisville Countertop and never looked back. Everything was pleasurable and went smoothly from the day I walked into their office to the day the job was complete. Beverly and Cheri in the office were so helpful and made me feel like I was their only customer. The guys in the warehouse, one being the owner’s son, were very accommodating and polite. They stopped everything they were doing to move pieces so I could view the ones hidden behind them. The owner Farid comes out to take the measurements, which gave the extra assurance the job would be done exactly as ordered. He was very pleasant and told us stories about his family. I told my husband when the owner left that day that I knew I picked the right company for this job. I started this project at the end of March and had one request. I asked if the job could be done before Derby Day because we have a big party every year. Not only were all 3 bathrooms completed on the same day, but I had a couple weeks to spare to find the perfect counter pieces to compliment the beautiful new countertops and sinks. We have gotten so many great compliments and I make sure to tell them who did the job. We highly recommend using this company. They will not disappoint!
