    I received a first bill from uofl health 3 years 4 months after the service was provided. The bill is for $104.58. I paid at the time of service. But their records now, nearly 3 1/2 years later, they say doesn’t show that. Since they did not send out a bill to me in a reasonable amount of time after the service when this could be reviewed and properly arbitrated I believe they should cancel the charge and write it off as ineptitude on their part. Note: the bill I received was a first bill over three years after the service was provided.

We truly apologize for not meeting your expectations. We take your concerns seriously and will be providing a refund to your credit card. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
