    I have done with Norton healthcare for years. I used to think it was a good healthcare provider, but the last few years have proven otherwise. I find that both my internist and OB/GYN seem tired and indifferent to my health concerns. Furthermore, they don’t even suggest tests That I should be getting unless I ask about them! When I call with any kind of medical problem, I’m on hold for 15 minutes before someone even answers the phone. When they do, I describe what the issue is and often times whoever’s answering the phone decides to become the doctor. This happened recently when I had chronic diarrhea and they prescribed a medication that made it even worse! I am looking into switching healthcare providers. I’m 66 years old and I need A healthcare system that has their act together.

    Garbage attitudes, letting a cough in before broken bones(I observed that), kidney stone patients are left in waiting room, nurses exaggerated situation for a grieving none violent and no shouting parent because their shift was over, the security attempts to intimidate patients etc. Illegals are given priority over citizens. I know they were illegal because I speak Spanish and had a conversation and they admitted they were not here legally. Citizens should come first in America. The parking is a nightmare with the small paths that seem they were made for geo metros. Unprofessional. We may sue for malpractice etc...

    After literally being a patient of a Norton pediatric practice from the time our now college-age oldest child was born until now, we have left and sought ought a non-Norton affiliated practice for our younger children. The decline in consistency of care, access to timely appointments and referrals, adequate follow-up and just general common decency got to be too much to bear. My husband & I have switched our providers as well since any ‘care’ we’ve received from Norton has been met with nothing but insurance and billing errors, multiple appointments with little actual information or care, and absolutely dismal experiences trying to schedule. If you have a choice, choose ANYWHERE else.

    I was banned service on false alligatons of my behavior when the truth be know of a nurse practitioner by the name of Alison g b***** was over prescribing medication between June and Sept of 2022 threw center well pharmacy and had it delivered to my home and I reported it the insurance company to let them know what happened

    I'd give a zero star review if I could. They don't allow direct contact with doctor office and won't provide telephone numbers for them. Then tell you they have 48 hours to provide service even if it is life essential medication.

    This was my 3rd time at Noetons & I'm here to telly you, they are great. My physicians, Dr. C******* & John E H*** did an excellent job. No more throbbing in my neck. Everybody I met in the hospital were very nice, pleasant & courteous ??

    I went to Norton Immediate Care July 7 with a bad sinus infection. One of the worst I have ever had. The doctor was amazing. I left with a prescription for antibiotics. After 24 hours on antibiotics I was feeling 50% better. By day 7 I was almost well, felt so much better, but still felt a few symptoms. I called and asked if more antibiotics could be called in, even just 2-3 days to make sure this was knocked out. They said no, that I had to come back. Very frustrating, but if it is policy, fine. I wa not able to get back on there for 4 days after that. By then all the exact same symptoms were full throttle. The doctor I got was rude. Told me I had a virus. Told me I must not know how to use my nasal spray. When I pushed back and asked to just give me more antibiotics she stomped out of the room like a child. She came back and told me she would give me my meds but all I'm going to do is have raging diarrhea on top of the virus. I took two doses of the antibiotics I literally had to argue for, and after 24 hours I am 95% better. She didn't give me my paperwork when I left because I am pretty sure she doesn't want me to have her name. I was in tears when I left, even though I got the prescription I wanted, there was not reason for the confrontation. This is not the first time an immediate care doctor has treated me as a child, not as a 49 year old intelligent woman. But it will be the last. All my doctors have been with Norton for 24 years. All 6 of them. I am done. I will be switching them all. I understand taking too many antibiotics can change the bacteria in your body. I have not been sick and on any meds for over 2 years. If I was on meds all the time, I would see the concern. She was on a power trop and it was so unnecessary.

    We have been waiting for 5 month to get a specialist to help with our 12 year old son and we have been given the run around and location changes for his appointment and we still have not seen a doctor. when I broke my back we had Norton in Louisville it was a horrible experience for me and my family I do not recommend this medical group at all.

    Don't have a knee replacement at Norton hospital unless you want to pay $4,884.00 or more out of pocket. I have one of, if not the best Blue Cross insurance available and had to pay that amount.
