I signed up for weekly service and at my initial deep clean a terrible job was done. Every room had something neglected. My kitchen floors had not been swept in the corners. My living room bar had not been cleaned at all. My place mats were sticky. My air fryer had not been wiped off, my backsplash behind the stove still had grease on it. No one cleaned behind or around the kitchen garbage. My couch had trash on it. My shower had grass and dirt in it. My sink still had soap scum on it. I paid extra to include my laundry room and it had not ben swept at all. The quality coach Jodi stopped by before the women left and said everything was clean and signed off on saying the women were done. She told me the master bedroom would be last but i told her that wasnt included. She insisted it was on the list. After a little back and forth i relentlessly agreed to have the master bedroom cleaned as well. I could not check at that time because I was still on the clock but i also should not have to babysit the cleaners and tell them how to do a basic clean not to mention a deep clean. When i logged off work and walk through the house I contacted merry maids immediately. I sent them a video and pictures. Jodi contacted me late the next day and apologized and said because they admittedly missed things they would come back in a few days. I was originally agreeable but the more i thoght about the more i did not want to go through this experience again. I have to work during the day. I cannot walk behind someone to inspect and tell them what to clean. Also since that day i cannot find my airpods anywhere. They were on my dresser in the master bedroom. I hate to accuse someone of theft but they were adamant about cleaning the master bedroom and now something is missing. I no longer trust the service or their work and just do not want to deal with it. So when i told Jodi do not come she said she would have to charge me full price for the horrible job they originally did.

Overall I am very disappointed over the service I was provided. I paid $589.00 to have a deep clean done. They provided me with a list of things included with the deep clean. If the things on the list were actually done the price would have been worth it. They didn't dust under the bed or furniture in my bedroom. They didn't wipe down the doors or cabinets. They didn't dust the fire place or clean the vents. I don't see a place I can attach the photos I took as soon as I arrived home. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality work. I reached out to the Manager HANNA and she was not helpful and then proceeded to charge my credit card for a cancellation fee due to the fact that I didn't want the company to come back. I would tell anyone out there who is looking for a cleaning company NOT to hire MERRY MAIDS of Louisville.

Overall I was unimpressed with the services provided by Merry Maids of Louisville. I scheduled a deep clean for only a few rooms of the house and they charged me $680. This would have been worth it if it was actually a deep clean but alas, it was not. The cleaners were very nice but also very rushed - they did not do most of the things that were promised on the list (e.g., cleaning windows in the designated rooms). I am attaching photos of some of the rooms right after they left. The cost is really quite ridiculous given the quality of the service and I would not recommend this service given just how low the value is.
