NEUTZ Son’s & Daughter’s Moving Company employees, Owen, Leif, & Alex, did an outstanding job moving me into my new home on 8/16/24! They were so hard working, conscientious, courteous, and knowledgeable. They put me mind at ease on a day that normally could have been stressful. Look no further for your moving company. Was quoted one price for moving and when it was done was charged twice as much. Plus they dropped or did not strap my $3200 refrigerator in the truck and it was destroyed. Also broke an antique table leg off of a table and a leg off of a roll top desk. When confronted they lied about the refrigerator. For compensation they gave us our move free but we were still out $800 because of replacing the refrigerator. They were going to refund our money from the move and we kept being told the check was in the mail. Then the check bounced after waiting for 6 weeks. Waiting addition several days for a new check. Would not recommend at all for moving.Review from Kimberly C

Movers showed up over an hour late, with only two or the three movers promised. Two nightstands were stacked and not secured going down the stairs and fell, knocking three large holes in the wall. My furniture, pictures and boxes were thrown into the moving truck. My leather sofa was ripped. Multiple boxes were dropped off of the moving truck and many items were broken. Even though the owner acknowledged all of the damage and said the sofa alone would cost more than $300.00 to repair, the credit issued from Neutz for all damages was $126.00. Neutz uses carbon copy credit card information, obtained by the movers. Two days after the move a credit card charge to ******** **r $646.60 showed on my charge card. Coincidence maybe, most likely not. Neutz owner did repair all wall damage at both homes. The multitude of property damage has not been resolved. I gave the owner of the company ample time to correct the situation. Sad thing is I used this company 8 years ago and had a wonderful experience. The companies has standard of excellence has severely diminished over the years. Please seek a different moving company.Review from Alaine A

Make sure you number all your boxes and seal them. My furniture arrived Ok but a lot of my kitchen supplies did not. I am missing a lot of sewing items that I will need to replace. Cost of replacement is about $150. I am missing two pictures of my son that passed away that was given to me at a memorial service where he was employed. All the employees signed it. I am also missing a memorial box of my son that died. That is the item that I miss the most. I called the company and the owner just said that those men had no need of those items. They probably just didn't want to bring in all those boxes.
