    I love Montgomery Chevrolet for the 2 cars that I purchased there. The SUV in question since January 2024, the time I get the oil changed after the holidays on January 10. About 2 weeks later I was driving on I65 a 13-mile distance, and drove off into the parking lot. My car began to chug badly, and I could not drive it. I started again and pushed the drive to the park. I ask if anybody knows about cars. Certainly found someone who did. I checked the car and found the screen said Do Not Drive- No Engine Oil. There was only water. He added 5 quarts of oil. I called in right away and made an appointment . My bill ended up being almost $5000. They were all about getting money from me to fix the car. It took 8 days. There was a return trip for another thing about 3 weeks later. So 4 months from the problem, I still returned to have them check the puddles of oil issues. They were good and did not charge me anymore. I have had to contact my Insurance agent, legal aid, and a civil attorney. Joetta G This was the worst experience I have ever had. Now I am not so sure that I want to purchase my new car from there.

    When I arrived to the dealership, The salesman Chip, was really nice but the car I received has been problematic. He recommended me a 2015 Buick regal and it was love at first sight. She’s white, with a moonroof, Bluetooth equipped, back up camera, heated seats, and a touch screen. The mileage on her was only 67,000! While waiting for a finance to approve me, I asked for a car fax to look at the history of the car. I received it after I signed my name on the contract, in which I found weird. I got the car in September of 22 it went into the shop October of 22. My diagnosis were leaking oil, overheating, my turbo went out and many other problems. My warranty covered the job but it set me back financially until December 22, when I finally was able to get it out of a shop. I then had to put it in the shop February of 23 that cost me to pay out of pocket $500 cause the warranty wouldn’t cover it. The car was still leaking oil and my valve cover had to be replaced. Here March 31st, my car has over heated for whatever reason and I’m back in the same place, financially set back, without a car. I love my car but she has been a pain to have, I’m dealing with all this unnecessary stress while paying for a car that hasn’t been reliable in my possession for these 6 months. Meanwhile my household is affected, I’m being harassed for my car payment and etc. As pretty as the car, Montegomery Chevrolet has sold me a lemon. I’m looking into getting a lemon lawyer because I can’t afford setbacks, the responsibility of 20,000 purchase and debt I’m racking up due to lack of transportation. I’m very disappointed with this car purchase, it has caused me a great deal of emotional and mental strain.

    This place is a great dealership with great sales managers and awesome sales associates. Demetrius, Keith, and Rob go above and beyond to help first time buyers and repeat customers coming in and happy! Their sales team is so energetic and fun to talk to as well as their service team.     My father had just bought the car on the 28th (Monday) on the 30th(Wednesday) the engine service light had came on he called to find out what they can do to fix the problem and they told him there’s nothing they can do, there’s not a 30 day warranty or anything. I’m highly upset with the company….. does anyone know what I can do ?
