I was so pleased with this group. I met one of the plumbers working on a home in the Highlands. I called to have work done on my toilet. They called and let me know exactly the issue when they came and repaired it within a very short amount of time. It's good to have a reliable and trustworthy plumber in your list of favorites! My first time using Daniel Brown Plumbing and I can't say enough good things about them. I contacted them around 1 pm and due to water going everywhere they pulled a technician (Shawn *****) from another job and came to fix my problem. He replaced the entire faucet and installed 2 shut off valves in less than an hour! Shawn was extremely courteous and respectful and most of all professional and extremely fast. He left absolutely no mess at all. Thank you.

I was so disappointed by the work that was done after seeing all of these great reviews. I emailed this company with my issues on Feb 3rd with no response to date. I did a **** review on 2/10 and they just responded that they do not know us. My work was done on Feb 2nd with invoice #3616 zip code of property location 40220. We had a number of items that needed to be completed so we asked for two people to get them done quickly. We needed to be installed, two different bath vanity faucets (we supplied) with shut-offs, a kitchen faucet (we supplied), a shower drainpipe, a line for a dishwasher, a bath shower head installed (we supplied), a tub faucet ($30), and had a bath drain leaking into the basement. Everything was easy to access with an unfinished basement. When I went behind them to check their work, one vanity had no cold water and the hot came out the cold side, the tub faucet was leaking behind the unit when the shower was turned on and one vanity drain was leaking in two places which I found after they left. The shower drain was not installed due to this being a schluter system shower unit which they had never seen before and thought was installed improperly. They seemed to spend a lot of time outside at their trucks I was paying by the hour so I was very upset to have to pay them to fix their work and hunt from truck to truck for what they needed to do the work. This cost me $1,763.51 for parts and labor. I am sorry but I cannot recommend them.
