My air went out on 07/16 and they were connected immediately but as not resolved problem since then. The last time i spoke with someone was on 07/18 but every day since then I’ve been sent to voicemail. The house has been uninhabitable with temps reading on inside 89 (air on 60). there are 2 adults in house with asthma and 1 year old child. We’ve had to purchase our own AC Unit in. attempt to resolve problem ourselves. There was written notice sent via email on 07/21/24 regarding this giving them an additional 72 hours to resolve problem or we terminate lease but again no response as of today

The tenant never contacted us about deducting air conditioner from the rent. Of course we would do that. Had they called our property manager we keep them on hand and no one would have been charged for this fee because we could have supplied one. The failure to communicate here is the issue. We will contact the tenant directly.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: We have reached out to the specified property manager and the general office on multiple occasions with no avail. We have email correspondence as well as call logs and receipts to prove we have been reaching out on multiple occasions to remedy. As well as a contact at 502PM, Josè was the name given for this representative. He specifically told us our messages and emails was received and they will reach out to us soon regarding reimbursement or credit to rent.

To explain the timeline, We officially put in a request on 07/17/2024 and about 10-12 days later a AC technician finally came. In the meantime of being inside the home with no working AC, We were contacting the number ************ as listed on 502PM website as their office number for assistance. From the number ************* there was 2 calls made on July 17, 2024 at approximately 6:11PM (no answer, left VM) and 6:26PM (no answer, left VM). July 19, 2024 approximately at 11:13am (no answer, Left VM). July 23, 2024 approximately 2:30PM (no answer, Left VM) and July 30th, 2024 (no answer, Left VM) Screenshots and phone records can very well be provided. As well as a separate set of email correspondence that can be shared if needed as well that was sent to ************ and *************** ******

After multiple attempts at trying to remedy the situation in a reasonable amount of time. No response was given from the property manager and a technician was sent a week later without any notice after we have already spent $393 in trying to fix the situation ourselves. Accountability must be taken for this event and not the tenet being blamed for a property manager’s  incapabilities

Any questions can be answered with RECEIPTS and EMAIL correspondence

    Sincerely,

    **** ********

I just rented a house from 502 PM. The water pipes have been frozen for 4 days. My 3 year old daughter and I live here by ourselves. The rent has been paid. I've called for 3 days and they laughed at me saying we will put in a workorder the first time and I asked to speak to the manager and said someone would be out today 01/17/2024. No one ever showed up!

Tenant called the office on 01/16/24 stating that there was no water and that the door to the basement was locked. She asked only that we send someone out to unlock the basement door as her brother is a plumber and he was going to check to see if he could fix the no water issue. A contractor went out on 01/16/24 to unlock the basement door as requested by the tenant. We fixed that issue the same day. Tenant let us know on 01/19/24 that the reason there was no water is because Louisville Water had not been out yet to turn it on.
