I hired this company per dealer, ******* ** ****** to inspect and guarantee the new 2025 Stryker toy hauler I purchased, sight unseen, did not have any issues, and that everything was in good working order. When trailer was delivered to me, not only were 3 problems noted on RV Smart inspection, not fixed by dealer's service department at ******* ** ******* but upon my brief inspection at time of delivery, I found several additional issues in need of repair which did not get acknowledged, addressed, and noted for repair on the inspection. Besides the damage to axles, hud, lug nuts, skirting, back stairs and undercarriage of trailer from tire breaking off driving less than 2 miles with trailer upon delivery to me, these additional items were not addressed and repaired with the inspection by RV SMART INSPECTION. Rubber molding at front cap hanging loose off trailer, front cap seam in front behind propane tanks, all screws at seam loose or missing, awning arms malfunction, latch door assembly never mounted to hold front door, solar controller for solar kit which was supposed to be installed , attached and running batteries charging system, not functioning and no readings show on controller, retractable ladder on outside of trailer to access roof not installed, completely missing, door between bathroom and bedroom off balance, doesn't close correctly, hangs crooked, bathroom sink missing drain trap leaving big hole in sink for items to fall into, retractable kitchen sink faucet does not retract fully when pulled out. All these items for repair, if had been noted by RV Smart inspections prior to purchase, either needed to get repaired before delivery, and if had been addressed by RV Smart Inspections, would have allowed me to request these repairs, or simply not make the purchase. I have also filed a complaint with BBB in regards to deceptive sales practices by ******* ** ******* who recommended RV Smart Inspections, owner, **** *********

RV Smart inspected this RV on September 11, 2024.  To answer the complaint issues:

    1.  Rubber molding at front cap hanging loose.  I have included pictures taken on the day of inspection of the entire front cap area which shows no rubber molding hanging loose.
    2.  Front cap seam in front behind propane tanks all screws missing.  Pictures included that shows all screws in place at the time of the inspection.
    3.  Awning arm malfunction.  The inspector tested the operation of the awning (pictures included) that show no defects.
    4.  Latch dorr assembly never mounted.  This was mentioned in the inspection and would have been the responsibility of the dealer, not RV Smart Inspections.  The dealer was notified and the inspector was told this part was an option not installed on this unit.
    5.  Solar controller not installed, no readings on controller.  I have included pictures of the solar controller showing it's operation.
    6.  Bathroom sink drain trap missing.  I have included pictures of the drain trap and stopper which were in place on the day of the inspection.
    7.  Retractible kitchen faucet does not retract.  This was noted in the report with this statement:  The inspector noted the pull out faucet does not retract when released. It is recommended this
be repaired by a qualified RV technician.  Weight installed by RV Nation. However, the design of the cabinet prevents the weight from putting full force on the faucet which prevents it from retracting fully.  This is a design issue from the manufacturer.

In addition the signed contract states that any claim against RV Smart Inspections must be submitted within 7 days.  It has been several months.  RV Smart denies any responsibility for these issues.  I have documentary pictures of everything.
