  This is the worst laundry mat I have ever been to, I will never go back. THE OWNER WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL SHE PULLED ALL MY CLOTHES OUT AND SAID THIS IS TOO MUCH IT WILL BREAK MY MACHINES. SHE WENT ON TO SAY YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR POCKETS. THEN SHE WENT ON TO SAY THIS IS HOW IM SPENDING MY THANKSGIVING EVE and followed me around the cameras can be checked for this proof, she even came out to my car. I HAD TO MOVE 3 MACHINES to a bigger washer. She kept watching me the whole time. Gave me money to put in another big washer but I had already put money in the other washers and all my soap was in the water. THE DRYERS AND WASHERS ARE POOR QUALITY I LITERALLY PUT THREE DOLLARS IN ONE DRYER and my clothes are still soaked im putting them on the floor to dry. THE SMALL WASHERS ARE 3.25 I SPENT ALMOST $40 for poor service. I was told not to come back as well which is not a problem cause I would never go back UPDATE YOUR WASHERS AND GET A WARRANTY.

  I will not be refunding ********* She came into the laundromat with over 100 pounds of laundry and put it in 4 top loader machines at 12 pounds capacity each. If i wouldn't have been able to stop the washers ,  she would have damaged 4 top loader machines as well as my dryers. Even after those machines filling and trying to agitate I still refunded her and assisted her to help her  to put them in the proper 30 pound washers so she could properly wash her clothes.  After my employee came into to finish the evening shift  ******** continued to be disruptive and loud with her and the other patrons. It was so bad that a patron that was there from the beginning when ******** first came in and heard enough finally spoke up. She told her that she has been in fact treated very well and with more patience than should have been. ******** turned on her also verbally so much as the police were going to be called . Her and her son removed the clothes and left and was told to never come back. The washers and dryers work perfectly when used correctly. I have told ******** in response to her google review that I do not want her to ever return to my laundromat and I stand firm on that and will enforce that if needed.
