Very disappointed at the deceptive approach in relocating funds Georgeson uses. In the first communications there was no indication of the cost to reunite me with my funds. There was many invitations to connect directly to Georgeson to quickly facilitate reconnection with funds but no indication of the cost. This was for the Economical insurance demtualization. Economical as been my only auto insurance for 20 years and 5 of it after the demutualization. They had my address all along as I kept getting my new bills and policies. Suddenly at demutualization they cant find me. Fast forward 2 year after the demutualization they are trying to find me using Georgeson that send a letter to my address that Economical insurance has had for may years and Georgeson as I have mentions in the first communications they never mentioned I could go directly to Economical and claim my money. They also did not mention they charge a steep fee which is 15% which will be Over $300 on MY $2060 until the third communication. It was only the third communication that indicated the cost and the other option. By that time I had taken the bait and contracted them by there advertised web site. By doing so I lost the option to claim it from economical myself (very simple) and save the $300 for 5 minutes worth of work. I have complained to no avail. NOT SATISFIED. Please find your own demutualization funds from Economical insurance directly. I would be satisfied with receiving my full payout. Thanks Don D********Review from Rose C.

Got letter stating I could sell my shares in Skyworks I had four sticks sent those in before the date stated August 26. They received them when I called spoke with a Bryan was told they had been sold the day before August 1, 2022 but check would be mailed til the 26th. Waited ten days no check called again spoke with Felicia Simpson she said apologize checks didn't go out tol they would go on the 9th called today the 16th spoke with Anita to see if they were indeed sent on the 9th she also apologized but checks wouldn't be going out today. Not only waiting this long but getting about 16 dollars less that I thought I'd get after checking what they went for when I spoke with the first rep. Hopefully I received the money as promised this time or I will report them to more that BBB

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. worked with Georgeson LLC to offer a voluntary oddlot program which gave shareholders who own less than 100 shares a convenient option to sell all their shares or purchase enough additional shares to increase their holdings to 100 shares. A program letter was sent to each eligible shareholder that detailed the terms of the program, including the price shareholders would receive or pay for their shares and when to expect to receive their proceeds checks or confirmation of newly purchased shares.
