    I went on 8/5/2024 to have my ecu/pcu flashed /reset the business said they did it but would not provide a computer read out and I took it to the dealership and they said it was not even done thus company lied and took my money

    ************ truck was towed to us the morning of 8/5/24 for a customer requested pcm reprogram on a used unit they had installed.

    they had noted that the engine had been partly rebuilt at another " shop" they had drove the truck in for the engine repair, but it failed to start after repairs

    other repair shop felt it needed  pcm replace and program after they had made several other electrical repairs in an attempt to fix it per ** ********** 

    car was programed at our shop 8/5/24 afternoon. You can check delco / general motors to verify download was completed.

    The customer was warned prior to reprogram that we had performed no diagnostics on truck to determine if that would correct the concerns.

    customer was called 8/5/24 afternoon and told program was complete and truck still did not start.

    they indicated they would return truck to previous repair "shop" , customer arrived at approx.4pm with tow truck to pay invoice and tow off.

    At that time ** ********** gave no indication she did not want to pay the bill.

    The time frame of this complaint i find odd,  did not leave our shop until after 4pm on 8/5/24 and by 8:09 am on 8/6/24 she had already taken it to a " G M " dealer had it diagnosed, 

    had time to send a complaint to the bbb all before 8:09 on 8/6/24.

    I assume she has a invoice from that dealer with a computer read out proving this ?
    I can assure you that the programing work she requested was performed  and that can be verified by a gm dealer or a repair facility with the proper tech. 

    There was no guarantee of any kind that the programing done at her request would fix anything .
