I have screenshots of the text from the owner of this store. I purchased a $300 stove on 9/12/2024, they delivered it a few days later. I turned it on an it wouldn’t turn back off. I contacted them because I was told I have a year warranty an if something was wrong they would give me my money back. I’ve had to keep my breaker off when not using the stove in order for it to not be on. My grandma was there with me. They asked me to come into the store an pick out another stove after telling me they would come look at it for 3 times a never showed up. I went to look at another stove in which I asked for them to let me see it plugged in at their store and they did and a code came across the screen, saying that it was overheating. So I told him no thank you to send someone to my house because I was off and look at the one I have because they all seem to have issues. When they came today, all the man did was unplugged the light so that it did not illuminate at all when I turn the burner on the lights didn’t come on. He told me it’s fine I touched the burner an burnt myself. They have came and picked it up today, but are refusing to give me my money back when the equipment is faulty and dangerous for my home. I didn’t even have the stove a week an I shouldn’t of been penalized for that. When the woman told me and my grandma they would give me my money back if there was an issue within the first 30 days.

    Business response

    10/10/2024

Manager talked to customer, we didn't have technicians available she did not understand that, when we finally had the technician available she didn't want him to go because she was going to work. She accepted the exchange we delivered on October 5, 2024.
