I leased a 2024 tundra trd , from Nicholasville rd Toyota, the 2nd week I had the truck the cover on the bed flew off , and the brakes started to squeal very loudly everytime we tried to stop the vehicle! I complained to Toyota service dept , to get a reply of that’s just the way the brakes are!!! I put 5,000 down and pay $878 a month in lease never missed a payment , every month I have called complained abt the brake system alerting red at random and stopping mid drive all at once it has caused Us two wrecks! I have 13 recall letters on this tundra from Toyota some with no resolution, two of them are the engine will blow up and the brake line and the fuel line may catch fire ?? and that the bed cover may fly off!!! I have begged them to put us in a safe vehicle , and ***** the service manager has tried to talk to his bosses with no solution!! They have since told me they have to keep my vehicle for 1-2 months on the engine recall , they tried to trade the vehicle out and said that Toyota will not accept my EIN number on my business when they accepted it before reason being they said the Llc is behind the business name on one letter and not behind it on the other letter, which is untrue they are trying everything to stick us with this death trap ! I’m seeking legal representation and I want every dime I paid on the vehicle back and or a safe vehicle !

We are actively working with Toyota Financial Services to find resolution for *** *****.  *** ***** has experienced some recalls with his current Tundra lease and we are working to trade *** ***** into a new Tundra that does not have the same recalls.  The primary issue we are having at the moment in doing so is that Toyota Financial Services requires an EIN for each guest that is looking to purchase/lease in a business name.  The EIN for the company and the name registered with the KY Secretary of State must match exactly.  Unfortunately, the EIN shows ****** ******** *********** and the KY Secretary of State shows ******* ******** *** *********** ****  This is a very small difference, but Toyota Financial Services has declined the approval due to this mismatch.

***** Petro, our Sales Manager, has put a tremendous amount of effort into making this right for *** *****.  This particular situation has not been caused by the dealership directly, but we are working to assist in finding resolution.

I have forwarded all documents to upper Management with Toyota Financial Services and they are currently reviewing the information.  We hope to have resolution to this matter soon, but the decision will inevitably come from Toyota Financial Services.

A secondary option available would be for *** ***** to contact the number provided on the EIN letter of ************ and update his EIN to reflect the same as the KY Secretary of State.  This information was provided to *** ***** by ***** *****, but it did not seem to be an option that *** ***** would want to pursue due to his frustration with the current situation.

Again, we actively working to make this situation correct for *** *****.

I purchased a brand new vehicle from this vendor. They sold me a tire and rim warranty with promises that it would cover esthetic damages. I bought it under their guidance and paid for it. When I filed a claim it was discovered the policy was sold wrong. After many calls they fixed it wrong again. Once all was settled, they told me my damage was not fixable that I had to buy new rims. Their rim repair person fixed it without any problems on the side but I had to pay it out of pocket. I have been completely scammed by this tire and rim warranty policy they sold and by the way I was treated afterwards. I called the manager Yogi Browb 3 times and left messages and he is just ignoring my calls.

We’re in a lease for a 2023 tundra , since having the truck the brakes squeal and don’t stop well , the truck will take off automatically when in neutral or sport mode , the alert system does not work it alerts randomly and stops abruptly without anything being in the alerts pathway , when the alert should work and alert it does not , and thus caused an accident , I have tried to resolve the matter speaking to the sales manager ***** ******** he never even called me back , I want a vehicle of equal value for the same lease amount

the customer has been in 8 times for service since purchasing the Tundra, basic maintenance was performed along with several manufacturers recalls have been preformed the customer spoke of brakes squeaking in March of 2023 but has not mentioned them since.  the customer has tried to trade the vehicle in the last few months but they did not want an increase in payment after looking at payments on more expensive Tundra.  we would go thru numbers on trading the customer out of their vehicle if the customer is still interested.  the customer should contact the sales manager Jacob Petro that he has been working with at the dealership.  the dealership excepts no responsibility for any manufacturers recalls but would like to help the customer with trading out of the vehicle if both parties can come to an agreement.

I spoke via email with **** ******* and he promised to help but I haven’t heard anything.
