**** ******** received an economy denture from us on 6/5/2024 which included a 6 month warranty. The patient cam in for one softliner and two adjustments, the remaining appointments for softliners, consultations, adjustments and repairs were cancelled by the patient herself. There were 7 total cancellations, 6 of them after she received her denture in June. The patient was well informed of current company policies regarding cancellations and the fees associated with such if you cancel more than 3 appointments. We assessed a fee of 50$ to the patients account for these failed appointments as it clearly takes away from our scheduling block to see other patients and takes away time that our provider could be assisting other patients with their needs. When the patient called and complained about the charge we stressed the importance to make their appointments and informed them we would retract the $50 charge on their account if they could make their next appointment. At that time, the patient called and cancelled that next appointment as well. The patient is now well past their 100 day satisfaction guarantee to get a refund for their denture, so the request for $750 of refunds is void and the point is moot. Moving forward, the patient does not owe anything to the clinic, and is still within their 1 year timeline to receive their softliners and permanent hard reline before those services require a payment to be completed. This is all stated in their warranty paperwork, which they received the same day the obtained their denture. If the patient does not want to adhere to guidelines and policies set forth by our company, then they are welcome to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket. However, any further cancellations will result in a dismissal letter from the company headquarters and they will no longer receive services from this practice location.

This all started with the pulling of my teeth by a ** ********* ***** on 12/5/22. This man was a fill in dentist in this office because the normal dentist had to go on maternity leave early. This man was awful. I screamed and cried through the whole process. He was very rude & disrespectable I was in pain and never got me numb. He was climbing up over me to pull my teeth. There are several documented pictures of the damage this man had done to my gums. If I would have known that affordable dentures was not going to stand by there word that they would be made correctly I would have recorded every conversation that was had in that office with there employees. Not once, twice or even three times, It was on EVERY visit I was told how bad that man had damaged my mouth. There exact words were "He butchered your gums". There is also of what looks like a worm. That is a piece of skin that fell out of my mouth 15 days after he had pulled my teeth and inserted my dentures. That skin came from the front lower part of my gum line where I now have a large hump. For months I kept telling the people in the office that there was a tooth or something in my mouth. They just kept telling me know it was a bone fragment and it would work its way out. Finally I got someone to listen and the actual dentist came and looked and yes it was a tooth and I had to go have another extraction. They remade the dentures several times but that was due to them not being able to align them correctly which is documented also in a photograph on one occasion. I have so many knots and sore spots in my mouth I can not wear them at all. If I do try to wear them it is just for show. I can't go out to eat, I can't eat even at home with them in my mouth it hurts so bad. If I would have known this is where I was going to end up being 55 years old with a mouth with no teeth because of what they have done to me and my life. I would have gone somewhere else. There is much more to tell!!
