  We have been working with Estep since February about buying a building. We spoke to them about our drive way, explained it was steep and asked if they would be able to get it up, they asked us to send a video of the drive way to them so they could check with the driver. The driver responded back saying they would be able to deliver it so we paid a deposit on February 24th. We finally heard from them April 6 saying they could be there in an hour to deliver it. Around 7:30pm I received a call from the driver saying he was stuck at the bottom of our driveway, after trying for about an hour to get it up, he parked it at the bottom of our hill right at the road and asked me to come down to sign the papers and pay. He said that they could use two mules to get it up or that we could rent a Skid-Steer and have it pulled up the rest of the way and wrote something on the back of our paperwork saying I understood he was unable to get it up the hill and he told me again they would try it with two mules when they could get another person there to help him. We spoke to ***** with Estep the next day and she said if they can’t get it up, they could refund us and take the building back if we wanted but would see if they were able to try again. We have tried countless times calling, messaging, and even tried commenting on their Facebook posts since to have someone reach out to us. The last time my husband spoke to them on May 12, they said they were still looking into it and would contact once they know more. We haven’t heard from them since. At this point, we would like an answer whether they are going to be able to try again or we want a refund because it does us no good having a storage building, almost a mile away from our house, right at the road where anyone could break into it with us not knowing. We would just like some communication as well.
