            it was a failure to disclosure violation and I demand a payment for my compensatory damages (inspection fees) the least. __________________Here are the details:I was under contract buying a commercial property **** ******* **** *********** **., ********* ******* was the seller's agent, they failed to tell me there were termite problems (same termite inspector did an inspection about two months before my inspection and already told them they needed to take actions for the termites), it costed me $940 inspection fee and termite inspection fee before I had to terminate the contract due to difficulty further inspecting termite damages. ________________________________ I can provide: purchase contract; seller's disclosure; home inspection invoice and report; termite inspection invoice and report; termite inspector's statement on both sellers agent being present on site during both inspections and their acknowledge of the termite problems. ______________________________ Here is a rough timeline: House was under contract before my deal around Feb. 2023; Found termite; Out of contract and backed to the market; I made an offer on Mar 16th and was accepted soon after; Home inspection and termite inspection on April 4th, paid $940 together; termite inspector was a bit upset on site and told me he was there last time and told them to do something about the termite and "they did nothing"; On 4/12 termite guy confirming "yes, they (termites) were in the shed when i looked for it with the previous buyer and the seller was told then what needed to be done, yet, they did nothing". I got out of the contract by April 17th; NOte: termite inspector's contact information is listed on the inspection report.
