    In December, I approached the dealership to trade in our SUV, which was experiencing mechanical issues. I specified the need for a spacious and reliable vehicle, preferably with a warranty. We selected a used SUV, but upon collection, we immediately encountered a problem with the check engine light. After 18 days in the shop, my wife contacted the dealership to address the issue, only to be advised that the vehicle would not be ready soon and to consider alternative options. The dealership proposed exploring other vehicles, suggesting they were rectifying the situation. Contrary to our initial assumption of being sold a defective vehicle, it became apparent that wasn't the case. However, switching to a different vehicle required additional down payment and higher monthly payments. The salesperson informed us that the three-day return window for the original SUV had elapsed. Despite our willingness to consider other options, the initial vehicle remained in the dealership's garage. The only solution presented was to invest more money to cover the negative equity of both vehicles. This experience has shown that the dealership does not stand behind its vehicles, expecting customers to incur additional costs.

    Con-Artist , trained to Steal from Anyone who wants to do Better. Don't Buy That CAR Before You Compare the Car-Fax they Have to the Actual Vehicle You are looking to Buy. They Sold my Family and I a Newly-Used Eclipse-Cross and we just found out while looking to trade in and Up. The Helpful guy at Nicholasville showed us the truth on Why we are being charged so much for trading, it is Because the Eclipse-Cross my family and I are still paying for has Been WRECKED, That extremely Devalues Any CAR. Somehow these Cheates got US in the WRECKED Eclipse-Cross. We got hit by Credit Loan businesses 3 darn Months after even, So They just had a Hay Day running us into ground. And Acts Like They Don't Know nothing, Liers, Liers .
