I am trying to reach this business about a piece of mail that has been deemed "undeliverable" because apparently this business is NOT located at the mentioned above address. I have called multiple times, no answer or call back. I have emailed more than once, same response, nothing. I would LIKE the business to contact me like I have requested multiple times.

    Dear BBB,

We have contacted ******* ****** by phone and ***** ****** by e-mail.  The issue regarding delivery of the payoff by UPS is not surprising.  There is a history of poor mail delivery at *** ** ******* *******

************** **  *****.  As of today the payoff has been received for the subject Tax Lien and the release is being processed.  I am the attorney for Rex Tax Liens, LLC.  I am also the agent for service of

process, that is why I am responding.  My client has frequent employee turnover.  This may be the reason for any email problems.  However, I have emailed *** *** **** ****** and they are aware

that the payment is received and that the release is being prepared.  My client and I apologize for any inconvenience to *** *** **** ******

    Sincerely,

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: I was told the release of lien would’ve been filed within a week and it has not. My loan officer has been trying to get a hold of Rex tax liens for over two weeks about the matter and cannot get a hold of anybody and when asked for proof of the account being paid they sent the incorrect account information. It was not even the correct person, we need the matter to be addressed immediately .

    Sincerely,

In the process of trying to close on a construction loan our title company found a delinquent tax bill from the previous owners of the property in 2021. On August 26, 2024 we received the notification of the delinquent tax bill with the amount due. Multiple attempts have been made since then to contact this company and pay this bill. I refuse to send $1,700 to a company that cannot return a phone call from the customer, or an email from the title company as we have all worked diligently to illicit a response from this company. It appears their expectation is for us to send a large sum of money to a P.O. Box which would be understandable should the company have any sense of customer service and respond to those attempting to pay their bill. When we received a call back after 10 attempts of contacting them, they did not provide any assistance and stated there is not physical address for us to pay this bill at when we stated we would be more comfortable with this. A quick google search leading me to the BBB site does reveal they have a physical address listed. This complaint is in regard to the lack of communication. This company cannot expect people to pay a large sum to them when the consumer nor their title company cannot even receive a detailed and complete call back to resolve the statement. This company does not seem reputable nor trustworthy.

    *** *******

I need to advise you and *** ********  that the envelope with the $828.01 check which was mailed certified mail on April 8, 2024

has not reached the Mammoth Cave post office as of today.  The post office here in Shepherdsville accepted the package on April 8, 2024

but there have been no “scans” since then showing the progress of the package.  I was given the customer service number by the

postal employee here in Shepherdsville and have left them two messages today.  Also, I spoke to **** at Mammoth Cave post office who checked

on it as well.   So I am advising you of this since it should have been received by now. If I don’t get an answer by tomorrow we will stop payment on the check sent April 8 and forward another by Fed X or UPS.

    Respectfully,
