I would only recommend Landon if you want to be ghosted. He stopped returning calls and never completed the job. Steer clear of him.

For painting, this company is fine. Great even. We used them on two of our houses. But if you get into a construction project with them - buyer beware! Landon is the most allusive, unresponsive "professional" with which we have ever worked. It is appalling. And I'm using the present tense because we are still stuck trying to get them to finish a job! With two more fairly large items (a stove vent installation and an electrical box rework) still on our punch list, we are three months past when we paid them and when he PROMISED they would get the work done. They have not responded to phone calls, texts, or emails. We now have to seek legal action in order to finish this project. Felix and his team did great work - we're happy with the outcome - but it is tainted with the terribly unprofessional, awful, and unfinished experience we've had otherwise. This company has been taken to task by other entities, as we have found during our research now that we're pulling our case together. I wish we would have done our research ahead of time. We used them for painting our house and they did a good job, but we should have held them more accountable from the get-go. Unless you want to roll the dice and take a chance with possibly not having your project finished, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a company to tackle your home renovation project. What could have been a good, clean process was mucked up by a lack of communication and follow-through. It's incredibly unfortunate and, honestly, I'm still shocked by it.

We recently purchased a home in ********** and needed to do major renovation prior to move-in. The team was helpful and professional from the very first contact, helping to facilitate the entire project from quote, to color selection, to sharing photos of the finished product while we were out of town. I can't wait to move into my new, freshly-painted house!
