Chris R****** came over to see incomplete work of my hardwood floors after staying in a hotel with my family for near two weeks, plus damages done to my furniture, walls, transitional boards, plus lines and circles in my flooring. There is couple of areas one in the hallway and the center of my living room floor with bubbly grainy boards that appear to have saw dust and missing polyurethane or both that accumulated and it is obvious. This is sloppy work from not cleaning the floors. Shoe molding not taking up plus quarter round never put down in certain areas of my home. Chris claims that it is part of the design in the wood. The incomplete areas that were not touched that’s obvious. Chris denies my LR floor is much lighter on one side than the other half. He told me it was the shadow on the floors.?? The upstairs hallway was sanded but no polyurethane was applied. The wrong finish was applied after we discussed the type and brands prior to their work. The day “he” and his crew moved my furniture in I gotten sick from the fumes for few weeks plus my ******** *** ********. I put 50% down as requested and was excited to hire his company and trusted them. My home was left unlocked three times I’m aware and possibly more. Mr. Rodger denies possible faulty machine, damages or sloppiness of his self and his employees. The cost of repairs exceeds the initial quote I was given. Mr. Rodgers has blocked my cell phone number and his email address to discuss how this will be taken care of. This concludes my complaint and wish Mr. Rodger would work with me and want to make things right to fix my home as this has brought so much anxiety and stress with my home.

Earlier this year, Laminate flooring was installed in our den. I quickly realized that there was no quarter round. I had to call the company to put that in. I later noticed that there was one area where the board was too short, creating a space between the wall and flooring. Mr. Rodgers came and looked at it, took a picture. He is now telling me that somehow the board has "slipped" which is impossible. He said this after he had talked to his supervisor, A friend of ours recommended Rodgers flooring to us, so we had no problem working with them.
