    ***** ***** at Bleach Teez and Things continuously has scammed me and 400 + other people out of our money when we ordered from her and never received our items! Then she lies and lies! There is also a group with hundreds of people she has done this too! Do not trust this “business”!

    Claimed my item was delivered and it was not received even contacted my post office and had them investigate on it and was told by my post office that a label was never created and the package was never scanned. Try to resolve the situation with the owner only for her to be very unprofessional and using a personal account for her business on pay pal . She show me a gps that show my package was delivered in Roanoke not in Salem where I live . She was rude and disrespectful by calling me liar and even blocking me on Facebook.

    I ordered from this business and was expecting an order from her after the 35 day mark and here I am 45 days later no order and nothing has been done to fix it and now she's threatening to sue me because she got caught by several people for stealing money and giving no products or refunds when asked and she's broken the law as you can see that I sent her.

    I ordered 3 bleached t shirts for $54.50 on June 17th 2023 the turnaround time was 25-35 days and when you message her about a refund she blocks you so I can’t even get a refund from her and haven’t gotten my stuff.

    I made a purchase on 2/22/2023 to Bleach Teez & Things operated & owned by ***** *****. I reached out 3/17/2023 asking about my order. She stated my turn around time wasn't up yet...Again on 4/2/2023 I inquired she messaged back & said they were delayed due to her ******** ****** health issues. On 4/11/2023 I again sent message regarding order & she stated she was working on January orders. That she would tag me when it was completed.. I then messaged her & stated I know things happen but do you know the projected date I will receive the shirt. ( i had bought the shirt to wear during ball season & it ends in May). She assured me I would get it in time to wear. I even apologized to keep asking. 5/5/2023 I sent message yet again inquiring about my order & told her she only had 4 games left to wear it. She replied I don't work weekends check back Monday. 5/10/2023 I wrote "status of my order"? She replied I don't have an exact date I am working through the weekend to catch them up. I then stated she only has 3 games left. I understand things come up but in my opinion at this point I don't think I'm even going to get to wear in time. She writes I can switch the design... that her *******r takes precedence over business. 6/8/2023 I inquired what is the status of my order? I placed my order in Feb,, you told me about the health issues & i understand family comes first. We are talking about 4 months later. I just want ETA. She replies I do not have an estimated time of arrival & promises to get it to me. I state in April you told me you were working on Jan orders..mine was Feb >..No I want the shirt I originally requested. She says it will be sent. 8/25/2023 I sent message saying " I would like you to send me my shirt. This absolutely ridiculous at this point. I paid you in February. She says I haven't made it to yours yet...again with the excuse of health issues.. I send her a message & ask for a refund and she replies we do not offer refunds.. you agreed to the invoice.

    In January of 2023 I ordered a sweatshirt and a T-shirt from the company. I later ordered a bedazzled cup. Their estimated ship time is 25-35 days excluding holidays and weekends. I still have not received my two orders from January and they will not refund my money. Today 7/29/23 I received the cup with a lot of damage and glue all over it. I once again reached out and was told it wasn’t their fault and they would not resolve my issue. I am out money and have been treated very poorly. I have more photos that wouldn’t upload and I’m not sure what actually uploaded.
