  This business is a virtual business. We had to send her documentation on deposits and bank transactions. We were paying her $1,000 a month to begin. She would enter this information into QuickBooks and code it. She did not file our 4th Quarter Payroll taxes so now we owe the ** ********** ** ******* payroll taxes plus interest and penalties. Our monthly sales tax number being filed was wrong most months. We have to file an amended tax return for 2021 because the mistakes were that substantial. Eighty-five of our QuickBooks was wrong. We had someone who has 30 plus years of experience in QuickBooks look through everything. She could not find anything that was accurate. We hired this woman to fix and oversee our QuickBooks account. She is quite costly at $75 per hour, but our QuickBooks is now ninety percent correct thanks to her. This came with a hefty bill and now we have this *** bill from LA. We would like her to pay for something, as we are a small business and this expense has been huge for us. But for the first time, our QuickBooks is accurate with just ten percent left to correct. That is being taken care of right now. The experienced QuickBooks accountant listed two to three pages in an email to us on the issues we had. She was very concerned. I would like her to be contacted and she should not have QuickBooks clients when she has no training or idea what she is doing. She claims to be a ProAdvisor of QuickBooks that she falsely advertises to people because this is a paid certification. You do not have to take a course and exam for this. We are just distraught because we were misled with her having no QuickBooks experience and charging a high cost. Now we are paying an even higher price to correct her lack of experience. When looking at our account, it appears she got complacent and lazy when entering information. She hardly ever asked questions and had no idea what she was doing.
