My engine went out on my car 2 years ago and i have a 3 year warranty. They claimed they put a remaned engine in my car and it was far from that. In the past 3 years they have had to work on my engine multiple times because the engine they put in it wasnt remaned. I have brought it 3 times a for a oil leak and I recently just got it back and there was filter covers not put back on a bolt in my filter that wasnt put back in. A silver box that held some wires was not screwed back and the oil was completely empty with a leak worse than before. They even test drove my car because my gas and my seat was not where i left it. Im having to call a lawyer now because they wasting my time and money and im missing work because they cant fix a oil leak in less than a week or at all for that matter. My transmission went out and I brought my car in to this place and this place not only gave my car back without reconnecting the radiator hose but advised me that I'd have to pay for water pump which was fine until they worked on it and it ran out of water. After an excess of money and 60+ days in the shop I still haven't got my vehicle back even though I've payed in full. At age 65 and presently no vehicle to go to store this is the worst business I've ever dealt with. Very polite until you start asking questions and then they become rude and avoid the customer.
