My identity was stolen last year (2022). I received a welcome letter and debit card from Hancock Whitney bank. I contacted them and let them know that I was not the who opened the account with them and I asked them to close the account but They refused to do it. They want me to visit their bank to believe me. The closest branch is more than an hour from me without traffic.Review from Nikki B

I agree this is a horrible bank!!! Taking my money every month on time and reporting my payments late. I’m beyond upset!

Had a automobile loan, paid it out in 2 years, been 3 months waiting for the title and paid in full note, I keep getting run around to who has possession of my title,been informed that it was at the DMV, I'm asking for the title and doucments that are rightly mine after fulfilling my obligation to this Loan, very disappointed with this bank.Hancock Whitney Bank Response
