I have a savings account at this bank that went into a dormant status which resulted in my losing online banking access, so I called the bank to try to regain access to my online banking, and the bank put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me without ever talking to me, so I called the bank ack asking them to remove the dormant status on my account and let me access my account online, and this time I spoke to a bank manager named Dana who verified my identity and then told me I'd have access to my online banking again in a few minutes, but I still didn't have online access after more than an hour, so I called the bank back later in the day asking them to remove the dormant status and give me back my online banking access, and nobody was able to help me during that call but someone at the bank said someone would call me back to help, but nobody ever called me back, and now the bank is charging my account for being in a dormant status, which resulted in my balance on the account going below $200, and then the bank also charged me $15.00 for having too low a balance in my account according to a paper statement they sent me, which is unfair to me, because the reason the balance was so low was that the bank wouldn't do their job my moving my account out of that dormant status like they said they would, so the bank needs to credit my account for the $25.00 total that they charged my account for either being dormant or for having too low a balance, and they also need to give me back my online access, if they want to act in a professional way, instead of abusing me the way they've been doing.
