I purchased a car from this business on October 28, 2023. When I was shown the vehicle at the dealership the car made a “clicking” noise under the hood. The salesman told me the clips holding up the heat shield under the hood needed to be replaced and that’s what the noise was. Due to the heat shield clips not being an urgent issue, I did not immediately bring the car to an auto shop to have them replaced. A month ago I brought my car into a shop to have it serviced and the clips replaced only to be informed that the aforementioned noise was in fact the front struts, not the heat shield. The cost to replace the struts amounted to $1,110.39. I contacted the dealership and informed them of the issue and demanded the issue be fixed at their cost for misrepresenting the vehicle at time of purchase. After being hung up on and ignored by several members of their staff, I finally was able to speak with a sales manager who informed me that they are not willing to help me. I refused to accept this response. The sales manager offered to have the general manager or owner of dealership call me back. They never called me back. Not wanting to operate a vehicle with faulty struts, I payed to have the struts replaced at a repair shop.Review from Debra W

Went in to have services done on Thursday morning. I drop my car off to have oil changed and back brakes changed. Picked my car up and noticed my stop and start system was not working. Emailed them back with no response. Called them Friday morning said to bring car Saturday at 12:00pm. So, the guy at the desk Drive the car, who stated, nothing was wrong, indicated if something was wrong there would be an indication. So, I told him, it was working when I brought it to them and now it’s not. I’m not satisfied and I want this fix. They should not have touched this at ALL.
