Do Not Buy!!!! Purchased a new Toyoata Tundra in April 2024, form Team Toyota.The truck has a serious brake issue that causes very loud breake squeal.This is a known issue with a TSB for correction.Parts were ordered to correct issue but are on backorder and Team Toyota and Corporate have no estimated time for repairs. Extremly frustrated with Team Toyota's response as well as Corporte Toyota. Also, I have never received the second Truck Key, as it is also on backorder.

Do not trust these people. There's no surprise that they would be the stereotypical Sales reps, even though I put my trust in them. I purchased a used Toyota Corolla with only 12,000 miles on it. Fully warrantied and assured it was the best purchase on the lot hands down. Now, Its 3 months later and I live in another state. I've had this car in the shop on 3 separate occasions within the past month. The brakes almost failed. Covered by warranty thank goodness Once for the front bumper which fell off while driving the car. I had hoped it was under warranty, but unfortunately it was not covered. Therefore I spent 700.00 putting it back on. It was being held on with silicone which was put on like a band aid. I was charged top dollar for this car and now I'm also finding out that it was wrecked previously as well. Trust me when I say. They do not check the cars before they sell them. They flip them around and stick them straight on the lot. So be warned and be careful. The biggest disappointment is that I have reached out to them on several occasions to ask for help with repairs and I don't even get a call back from them. Let alone an excuse for the poor condition of this car that I was sold. It saddens me to see such greed in an occupation. I've never left a poor review on someone EVER! But this is sickening. I'm 10,000.00 upside down on a car that may not even last me a full year and no one should have to tolerate this type of service. These dealers (New or used) should be held to some form of standard. I really wish that I would have checked the Better Business Bureaus before purchasing a vehicle from them.

Staff is great with customer service, but mechanics are poor rating. I told them to check my lifters, but yet they fix something else. Went back with the same problem several days, they were hearing the noise but it was wasting my time. I go to another licensed shop, and learned I was about to lock my motor. This is sad for a dealership to ignore problems when bought to their attention. I would be without a vehicle and can't sue them and it's sad.
