    There an deal at domino s which I order from the one on greenwellsprings rd and I never would again I ordered an large 2 topping pizza and 8 wings for 19.99 and the large look and had the same amount of slices as an medium pizza I truly believe this was an medium pizza because I know the difference between a medium and large pizza and this was not however i also didn’t like my wings were soft and I just was not happy and very disappointed for this purchase and I deserve my refund also I called for a refund and the manager on this day Feb 10 told me to bring the pizza all the way back or I wasn’t going to get my refund and I’m quite sure they know know they made a big mistake from me complaining about the wings when I picked up the wings I should’ve checked my pizza but who would’ve thought they messed over my whole order this is ridiculous and would never order from them again

    Yes the standard slices for all large and medium pizzas are the same Nationwide they are all cut into eight slices. I do apologize for any confusion we will gladly issue the refund we just need the following information the date of the order the phone number it was placed under the last four digits of the credit card number and the expiration date of the card used.

    Hello, Im reaching out due to the last two times ordering from Dominos. First order, the pizza was burnt and the wings were the wrong flavor. I looked past it, hoping the next time I order that I wouldn't come across another issue. Second Order, When I arrived to my apartment 25 minutes after seeing that it was marked as Delivered, and the pizza ,wings, nor drinks was nowhere to be found. Extremely disappointing experiences.     We have called this customer back and have been unsuccessful in making contact. The customer does not have a voicemail set up to leave a message. We have emailed this customer in hopes of making contact and resolving this issue. We did send out an email in hopes of getting this situation resolved.

    I ordered from this location of Domino's on 1-2-2022 in the amount of $67.00. I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and received a pouring of wing sauce all over my wings. Like they drenched the whole bottle on my wings. Pizza was dry as sliced cheese that you get out of the fridge at the grocery store. Alfredo pizza was burnt not cheesy at all. The lava cake was dry inside when it's supposed to be melted chocolate. I did a google review and was contacted by a Domino's representative in regards to my terrible experience. I was informed via email from this rep that I will be receiving a refund check in the amount of funds that was paid to Domino's for my order since I was not happy with my order. Nevertheless, I have not received funds yet as of 2-24-2022. The representative who I have been discussing this issue with keeps sending me gift certificates and that was not what was told to me from her will be the outcome. I will like for my $67.00 to be refunded back to me in a check as she mentioned to me twice that she will and has fibbed both times. I will like for this issue to be resolved by what was told to me of a refund not with gift certificates to Domino's Pizza as my experience was horrible.
