Complete scam. Will take your money and never reply. The reviews are true, stay away. Filing with the district attorney and FBI. This is a felony, will be served.

We ordered $3000+ worth of lights in June 2023. After numerous excuses and various reasons for the delay we finally gave up and asked for a refund in December. We were promised a refund by **** however he eventually stopped responding to our emails and to date we have not received the lights or a refund. our experience with this company is identical to the 3 other reviews posted. It should also be noted that this business seems to have recently changed their name and are now doing business as the gas light company.

Like the previous complaint filed, I also have had tremendous difficulty getting this business to fulfill my order. I placed an order over the phone on May 1, 2023 and was told it would take 2-4 weeks to fulfill the order. The guy said he would email an invoice to collect payment. It took 2 weeks before I finally received the invoice. When I received it I had concerns that the order was not correct. I tried for 3 weeks to call the business to clarify the information on the invoice. I left numerous messages and they never called me back. I gave up and just paid the invoice because my construction job was waiting on the lantern. As of today (July 12, 2023) my order still has not been fulfilled and I have not been provided with an order status update. Like the other complaint noted, communication with this business is impossible. I've made at least half a dozen phone calls and they never answer the phone. I leave messages and they never call back. This pattern of collecting money from customers and then not fulfilling orders and avoiding communication seems to be the standard mode of operation. I don't know how this fraudulent business has been allowed to continue scamming customers. The issue was never resolved with the business. I never received the item I ordered. I was forced to file a merchant dispute with my credit card company. This is a completely fraudulent business. They do not have a business license on file in Baton Rouge and the business building is vacant.
