We’re sorry to hear about your situation with GG Autos. This isn’t typical of our team; we're known for our exceptional customer service and we regret we didn't live up to those expectations here.

After reviewing, the below is what we discovered:

After purchasing this vehicle, you called a day later saying the check engine light came on. A member of our staff told you to visit a repair shop, check it out & let us know what is discovered. The immediate response was that even if it is fixed, you did not want the car because you lost your job adding that times were hard. Please recall that this purchase was completed with a pre-approval from your bank/loan company.
Later a woman called and identified herself as your mother- she asked, and we confirmed that we would work with you to resolve the issue. 5 days later, a quote was presented that was questionable upon our review- it had no date or mileage reported and it was typed up on MS Word. No reputable repair shop would produce such a document. There were now multiple inconsistencies.

It is important to note that we’re a used car business with excellent reviews to support our excellent standing. All cars are sold As-Is with no implied or expressed warranties except as provided by reputable 3rd party providers that we work with.
We offer this warranty with every sale and it was declined in this instance.
