  Date of transaction: October 5, 2022. $858.00, Empty sewage treatment tank, They did not empty the tank and put in a faulty sump pump. Spoke to an employee and he stated that he would come out to the location and check on their work with a day or two. It has been over a week and no one has come out to check their work nor have they made any contact with me. I want a complete refund or I will be in touch with local authorities to file a fraud complaint. I have a receipt for the charges. I have also filed a grievance with my credit card company.

  The pump-out and sump pump change was done. We initially arrivedat the location and the tank was overflowing. We checked the sump pump and the receptacle on the pump was completely burnt off of the pump and the electric supply line. We contacted the owner and explained the repairs needed as well as the pricing upfront. He agreed. The work was performed. We pumped 1000 gallons from the tank which it holds closer to 1200 gallons but our price for pumping is qouted per 1000 gallons pumped and disposed. Informed the owner that the remainder left in the tank would not justifythe extra expense to come back and pump a second load. We changed the sump pump to a brand new high quality 1/2 horsepower little giant brand pump. These pumps are very high quality and also larger and more powerful than what was in the tank at the time of service. We also changed the female electric receptacle as well. We tested the unit at the time of service and the sum pump was in fact working. The owner contacted us stating that the tank was not pumped and the pump was not working and became very angry and rude and used profanity to our servicman. We said that we would go look at the issue and get it resolved. We have D.E.Q. disposal manifests where it states the the waste we dump has the Address of origin as well as the amount disposed from this customer. As well we have documentation of the brand and size of the new pumps that we install. We will be glad to go to the location and service the unit and if anything under warranty is faulty then it will be repaired.
