I am a new customer and had a very good experience. I had to replace an old 5 ton system and was very satisfied with the cost and subsequent installation. All of the technicians are very polite, knowledgeable and professional.

I have a service contract with Southern Comfort and true to form they contacted me to schedule a check up for the heating system in my home. The technician arrived as scheduled. My AC started to drip a lot of water (it had NOT been raining) so I called and got a service appointment that same day, and as I waited, fearing the worst, the service tech called and said they could come earlier if that would be okay. I said yes of course and they arrived within fifteen minutes. They checked out the unit, found the problems- there were two problems- and corrected them, explained what had happened, did the scheduled maintenance as well, and I had my AC and heating brought up to date! I have been a repeat customer of Southern Comfort for quite a few years and I would totally recommend them to anyone interested in good prompt service and very reasonable rates.

****** was sent out to fix our air handler that was leaking air. He did a very thorough job and took his time to make sure everything was good before he left. I had my entire A/C and Heating system, including ducts, replaced by Southern Comfort. Several options were presented to me and I was able to make the appropriate choice for my needs. Their knowledge and ideas were appreciated. The work was done efficiently and in a professional manner.
