    I ordered a necklace for $339.50 on April 3rd,2024 for a graduation/birthday present. I did not receive anything and contacted them for the first time on May 1st via email. in the email they stated my purchase would be shipped out that week, nothing shipped. Emailed again various times with no response, I have all emails saved. I emailed them again through a different email of mine because they stopped responding and the responded with it would be shipped out and was in production. Nothing for a while again until my girlfriend comments on their Instagram page and they reach out to me saying the necklace is being made and I will get an update the following morning. That update never came, I followed up with emails as well as commented on several of their Instagram posts and have received no communication. I would prefer delivery of my purchase as my girlfriend is a big fan of your jewelry which is the only reason I have continued to purchase from you over the past 4 years.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Reagan Charleston Jewelry regarding complaint ID 21806327, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Regan Charleston contacted me stating they would ship the necklace ordered. They sent this message on June 21st stating it would be shipped early the following week. The following week I received no tracking information or item. I contacted Reagan Charleston again and on June 29th I received a response stating my order was packaged and ready to be shipped and would receive an update once they checked on the order with their studio. I am still currently waiting on tracking information and my order to ship.

    I purchased a couple of pieces for my wife for our anniversary. I bought the pieces on June 8, 2023 for around $500. I noticed a week or two later that I never received any confirmation. I confirmed that the purchase had posted before reaching out to the company. Unfortunately, the company has no phone number to call, so all communication has to be done through email. To this day I have sent 11 emails and multiple messages through multiple social media platforms. I have not once gotten a response to any of my inquiries. At this point I feel that the company has stolen my $500 and has no plans of even taking the time to respond to my messages. I want to make sure no other consumers deal with the same struggles I have.

    Tracking indicates this order was delivered to recipient. We have record of only 2 (two) emails sent by this customer which were responded to by customer service. There is no evidence of any extraordinary attempts to email as suggested by this complaint. Again, tracking indicates this order has been delivered.

    Feb 2, 2022 ordered . 153.00 for a necklace I have never received . They never provided , shipping or tracking information by email . When contacted by email , stated it was delivered but show no proof. Email used info@reagancharleston.com Chris A sales office responder . No phone contact provided to resolve .
