The slide was a day late and not the one I ordered. The slide was old and dirty! They literally set it up basically under my carport. Left anchors in my yard which couldn’t be seen with the grass being long since it had rained all week and messed up our lawn mower. Claims she sent a check to cover damages twice but never did receive payment. Would never recommend this company to anyone!Review from Sarah B

Poor Management, Rude, Dirty old Slides, no communication, never responds to questions or calls. Gives you the wrong water slide you ordered! Poorly set up slide had it set up so close to an electrical wire on my house. Wasn’t even properly restrained down! I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. Honestly I have no idea how they are still getting business. If I could rate 0 stars I would!Review from Abby C

I dont do this often but this time it deserves it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone using TBB jumps. We used them exclusively for as long as i could remember but i spent all day yesterday on standby waiting for a slide that was supposed to be delivered, and never showed up my wife messaged them and we where reinsured the slide would be delivered yesterday. Well my 8 year old went to bed last night worrying that he will not have a water slide for his party today. I called them 3 times this morning with no answer. then 3 hrs before the party they finally messaged my wife asked us to call a workers cell phone. When i called i was told the slide we requested was broken and do we still want them to bring a slide? ( in a smart *** way with zero apologies or remorse)This is PISS POOR MANAGEMENT AND SORRY SON OF A ******* IN MY BOOK. I Understand things happen but anything besides piss poor management would have known way before 3 hours before the party that they could not have a slide here. With that being said i have to give a huge shout out to BOUNCEEBOUNCE JUMPS. These people where amazing i called them 3 hours before the party and explained the situation. They told me not to worry about it our son will have a slide. And 1.5 hours before the party started we had a awsome water slide. We are now Bounceebounce customer for life.
