Avoid Americano Roofing – Unprofessional and Disorganized! I had the unfortunate experience of working with Americano Roofing for a roof replacement, and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The entire process was unprofessional and pushy. The crew showed up, and none of them could speak English, which made communication nearly impossible. I was left in the dark throughout the entire project, having to force them to provide basic details like start and completion dates. To make matters worse, after the job was "completed," Americano Roofing left the yard a mess. I had to clean up their trash, even after I specifically told them I had children and animals in the yard. To top it off, I had to buy a magnet to go around the yard and collect all the nails they left behind—extremely dangerous! I was also instructed not to contact my insurance or bank, but to only deal with them directly, which felt fishy from the start. They didn’t take the time to explain the process at all and tried to make it seem like my insurance and bank were the problem, not their lack of transparency. Now, I’m dealing with insurance and have no proper records of the work they performed. When I called Americano Roofing recently to request a receipt of the work done, I was greeted by an unprofessional individual who hung up on me after I inquired about it. Their website (www.goamericano.com/contact) leads to this same unhelpful experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid Americano Roofing at all costs. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and their business practices are incredibly shady. I wouldn’t trust them with any future work, and I urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere.
