This is a horrible company. I ordered six bottles, received 2 with a packing slip indicating all 6 had shipped. Always had an excuse that their warehouse was not communicating, they had no information for me. I initiated a dispute of the charge with my credit card company, which was resolved with no refund for some reason. I reopened the case, Allways told me that they see what happened, the credit card chargeback prevented them from issuing a refund, can't do anything until the bank resolves the issue. If they are not a scam, they are incompetent.Review from Kevin H

This company is a scam. They won't even e mail me back.made 7 orders and haven't received anything. And getting your money back is seeming to be quite a task. They refuse to answer any questionsReview from Darrel M

Buyer beware this company is a scam. I order from them in May 2024 prepaid shipping Thru U.S. postal. 2 weeks later I got a call from UPS saying they need another $ 35 for delivery. At this point that's $ 70 for shipping of $80 worth of drops. I paid $15 more for shipping because I didn't want UPS Delivering. I contacted the company by Email two months ago with no response. I wish I read some reviews before trusting this unreliable company. Save your time and money and don't trust these scammers.

Allways Drops advertises a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Several attempts have been made to contact the seller to return for refund and they are not responding. They will not accept returns unless given a return authorization. I am out of money for a product I dislike.Review from Pepper F

Allways drops entered into a written agreement for free product in exchange for reviews on Amazon. Consumer must pay Amazon directly, then submit proof of review with Venmo information (which was completed in a timely manner). Allways responded to my emails each time, always with some apology that they messed up, will get to it tomorrow, etcetera - and never sent the money. After several attempts to escalate the issue, Allways did not fulfill their contractual obligations, of which they solicited. Extremely poor business practice and withholding money which rightfully belongs to others.
