We have had a great experience from the first meeting with the sales person to the final installation. They are very punctual about their appointments and always answer the phones when called. The office schedule the appointment and called the day before to let us know everything was still on schedule. The technicians called when they were 15 minutes away from the house and performed their work in a professional manner. Everything was perfect.

Cannot recommend this company. Would do business with them again. Spent nearly $2000 for an alarm system installation. purchased system without seeing it as there were none in stock. Waited over a month for install. Once system installed, discovered we could not hear the alarm. This required addition of a plug-in booster amplifier. Very disappointed. Also found keypad slow. It takes awhile for code to go thru and for system to arm/disarm. System seems sub standard. Cheap. Salesman sat at my kitchen table and told me there would be no contract. Salesman said nobody likes those kind of contracts so Toca didnt do them. Had to sign everything electronically on an iPad. Now I find Im in a 12 month contract. Im stuck. But you dont have to be. We feel tricked by the number of five star reviews this company has received. We feel the system was over sold and it 100% under delivers. Our experience has been horrible. we would never recommend this company to anyone. In fact we have pulled up our Toca yard sign. we dont want to advertise for them. office staff difficult to deal with. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of other local and national companies out there.

UPDATE: This is my second review for this company; first review posted 11/04/2022. I was able to speak with the OWNER of this company yesterday. He listened carefully to my experience, was definitely focused on customer service, and was proactive in resolving my concerns. We were able to find a solution. The OWNER seemed genuinely concerned about a resolution and I appreciate that very much. His customer service skills are top-notch and is deserving of a 5 star rating. Excellent customer service from him which I appreciate very much!

Once again, **** has offered to release you from the contract. Yes, you were unable to hear the system so we gave you a chime module which increases sound free of charge. The exact same system you have has been installed in hundreds of other homes with no other complaints. As with every industry, parts are slow to ship. We are installing systems as fast as possible and you were informed of installation times of 3-4 weeks and were okay with this. You were not tricked by 5-star reviews, those are from many of thousands of happy customers. We have tried to contact you to resolve this but you keep writing negative reviews on different websites.
