If I could put no stars I would for 7 years I have been sending my payment to congress emergency group with my original hospital account number on it . I was told it is a payment processing place they cash the check then send to embcc from there after months of calling asking for a bill they say we don’t send bills . I was told by another finance co. If I request it they have to send it . They refused . The finance co my money was supposed to go to never got the money because they gave me another acct number when it went to collections I didn’t use that one .so embcc put my money towards 2 other people with my same name instead of going back in their accounts to find my original hosp number under my name this is the second account I’ve had issue with so now they have to take the money back from the other accounts and put it back on mine . But it was the original finance co I was supposed to pay that found out the problem because embcc refused to help I called again and sent a registered letter to them they said they don’t have it but it shows on post office website someone signed for it . They said they would have a supervisor call me after they investigate. They never did . They screwed it up so bad . when I called them a fourth time on Aug 28 they said they charged off the rest of what I owe . Due to their screw up apparently they can’t fix it so I called the original finance co and they verified it was charged off . This time I’m filing a complaint with the federal govt . How many people are they doing this to . I give them a F - - - - custermer service is horrrible. You get knowhere .., with supervisors too . F- - -if I could put scull and crossbones on here behind the F I would that’s how bad it is !!!!

I called today, got a check in the mail, but no account number to show what the check is for. Called the number on the letter and the lady told me that without account number she can't help me, and that if I don't want the check, to just send it back. I went on the internet, found the local number and told the lady what happened with the first lady, and found out that the check was for my husband, but was under my name. So she helped me resolve the problem, but I told her I was filing a complaint with the BBB because of the customer service with the first lady. It would be helpful to put the account number and reasoning on the checks that are being sent out. This is a shame what a customer has to go through just to get an an answer. Y'all suck.

I was in emergency room at ******** ******** in October 2020 during the pandemic. I had lost my job & had no insurance. I saw physician on call and had a MRI (I had fallen on my head). I received the bill from ******** who waived all but $500.00, ******** NEVER sent me a bill, itemized or otherwise. They sent me straight to collections for over $2,400.00. Two years later, after repeated requests, I have yet to receive a bill for the $2,400.00 I have no idea what the amount is attributed to, As a result of this, my credit has been ruined....to date I am making $10.00 a paycheck payments to the collection agency. Blindly. as I have no idea what I am paying for. I obviously would never voluntarily use any of their facilities....
