I stopped using Miracle-Ear 3 years ago because their Baton Rouge staff wouldn't refund charges to my credit card because they wouldn't accept the agreed upon payment from my health insurance company that they had previously approved and their service of my hearing aids diminished over the 3 year period. Since that time, I have repeatedly called their Baton Rouge office at 752-5321 to request removal from their mailing, text, and email lists. Each time I am assured that this will happen and I continue to get information from this disreputable company. I have unsubscribed on their website and continue to get emails. When I wrote this information in a message through the contact link on the Miracle-Ear website and entered submit, I received the message that "Sorry, we're experiencing more visitors than usual. We apologize for the issue. Please try again shortly" and then the website reverted to "make an appointment." We do not need companies like this in our community so it makes sense that they are not Better Business Bureau accredited.Review from Sean B

Do not purchase anything from miracle ear. The products don't work, I have taken my hearing aids in numerous times to be replaced. Unfortunately, I have had them too long to get a different model. Today's fiasco was as follows: The only way to make adjustments to the volume is to s heckle an appointment. So, I used the app to schedule an appointment. It clearly says on the app. "Get the support of a Miracle Ear expert". After a 1 hour drive, one way, I was told the technician was in Sulfur... again. Do not purchase anything from miracle ear!!!! I hope this post gets the attention of the corporation. Each site is a local franchise.Review from Alfred K

Miracle Ear has been such a blessing in my life. I used to just get by with hearing and now I can hear the birds outside and enjoy my conversations with my grandchildren. I was in doubt for so long that this was the best decision I've ever made for me and My family. When you go to Miracle Ear ask to see Brian and Candice in the Baton Rouge Location. They are so knowledgeable and kind.Review from Lees Y
