    started ok at first now all of a sudden laundry is left out for pickup. lots of robo responses Im in day 4 unclaimed laundry I did get a response saying washrs pick who they want. Guess I wasn’t good enough my old washrs are gone the is the worse customer service ever

    Hi *****, Thank you so much for your feedback! It always helps to know how our Members are feeling about the service so that we can make improvements. We do feel badly that we were unable to get your order processed! We know it can be a huge inconvenience. It has been particularly busy for the past couple of weeks and that means that sometimes an order will rollover to the next pickup window or day. You mention that your laundry was unclaimed for 4 days. However, I see that you placed your order on November 8, and then cancelled it on November 9. We always recommend that a member not cancel their order in hopes that a washr becomes available at the last minute. We would love to try to make this right by offering a free load of laundry for your next order. If you are willing to give us another try, please reach back out to our Support team and they can reach out to washrs to help get your order claimed. Thank you!

    Service started out good a few times, and then one of my shirts came back badly stained. Another time, my wife accidentally left some cash in a pocket and it was gone. Support did nothing to help make the situation right and the washr kept our money, no discount, no follow up on how washr's are vetted, just a "sorry". Absolutely terrible service. It's a great idea, but this company has terrible execution and doesn't seem to care about its customers when things go wrong.

It's our goal to help lighten the load, not add to it. In order to try to make this right, the refund for your recent order has been processed and should be reflected on your account in 3-7 business days. We have also followed up with your washr to ensure their service meets our high standards. Here are a couple of helpful tips: You can block this washr from claiming any of your future orders. This can be done three different ways in the app: On the order feedback & tip screen On the washr profile page On the new My Favorite washrs section in your Profile. Exceptions to our missing item policy include: Socks Loose items in pockets or the hampr bag such as cufflinks, money, wallets, earphones, jewelry, watches, credit/debit cards, etc. ?We strive to provide the best, most consistent service possible to all of our members, and are always looking for ways to improve. Your feedback is extremely important to us. We hope you give us another chance to make your laundry dreams come true!

AL, AL 02 11/29/2022 First to Review Corporate office, including but not limited to, Owners, Board members, etc. extremely uninterested in customer service or poor outcomes from their contract washers. What happens when they (contract washers) wash dark colors with whites or your clothes go missing when returned by their contract washers? No accountability and canned responses from corporate that you, the customer, did something wrong. Please don't get taken by this company like we did. Blue colors faded on all our whites and missing clothes when returned. Impossible to reach corporate owners/officers and when you do absolutely no response. You may have a few good outcomes but you will get burned eventually and it will cost you far more than the convivence offered by this poorly run company. It really is that bad, regardless of any response they may offer.
