They sold me a bug infested home. Exterior panels bulging and separating, windows leaking, doors not level, under belly soaked from water and rain, roof damaged somewhere because every time it rains whatever is plugged in shorts. My TV and fan stopped working in #3 bedroom, the lights work when it wants to. Bought it Sept. 2021.they sent handyman to do repairs and they just made matters worst. They stay at the casino come to my house drunk, spent 7 days in L. C and only worked 1 1/2 days, I have 30yrs to pay loan back and this place will not last. I am 68yrs old and retired, they took advantage of me. Know they tell me my warranty is out.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS BEFORE going here. I really am appalled by this company. The condition of my home was poor for what I paid. It is so poorly done and just slopped together that I don't even know how it was approved to be delivered. First they brought the wrong color. The one thing I got to choose wasn't done right. I decided to keep it because they were just going to paint it. The front door would not lock and someone had to come out to fix that. None of the windows outside are caulked. The counter top had glue where they glued it together instead of using a non damaged piece. The cabinets are not even put in right. There's nails just sticking out of the floor. Cabinets not caulked to walls. Three of the doors don't shut. The tub is cracked. The shower runs even when it is off so I can't even live there. The people who built it were so lazy that they didn't even cut the sheet rock where the hot water tank is so its just all jagged. This is not right, I am paying 90K for this mobile home. The sinks are so cheap they are plastic. No garbage disposal either. There's caulking all around everywhere on the walls because they painted before they put the caulking on. There is glue that is not cleaned off of the counter tops. It's really so bad that I want someone to come out to see all of the **** poor construction that went on while building this home. I wish the mortgage company could do something about it. I should be able to get out of this if they don't hold up their end of the bargain because it is just not fair. I really think they should have returned the mobile home and brought me another one for how bad this is. I took 90 pictures of damages. Carpet stains in bedrooms. marks on ceiling with marker. Damages to cabinets. The people that work there do not really care either. They just say' "Oh it came from the manufacturer like that." That may be the case but IT IS STILL THE COMPANY THAT YOU WORK FOR that delivered such a poorly constructed home.

Very happy with local company until after the mobile home was delivered. They loved us until we signed to accept the home (before we were given a key and before septic and AC were installed). Now we are being ghosted. It has now been 6 months since we BEGAN making payments, 7 months since delivery and we are still awaiting the trim out! Constantly pestering local and corporate to get things moving. Now we are told there is no one in Louisiana who can complete trim-out.

We have attempted to email customer service and our emails come back "undeliverable". We had our concrete poured immediately and this wait has nothing to do with a lack or promptness on our part. I am so disappointed in how this has turned out and would recommend everyone NOT do business with this company. Giving the company time to resolve these issues but will be contacting an attorney in the near future.

Sloppy workmanship. Poor customer support. Squeaky floors, window that wont stay up, bad door alignments, smeared wall paint on raw wood doors. Its been over a year and nothing done to fix these issues. Covid related I'm sure. Eyes rolling.
