    I paid them over $1600 to repair my car and when I picked it up, the keyless remote didn’t work nor my air conditioner! The service rep. told me that because I was from out of state, that I should try and get it fixed at another Ford dealership while driving back home! I told her that was not acceptable because my remote and my air conditioner was working just fine until they started to repair my car! The service representative insisted that I had to pay for a new key and that nothing they did caused the car’s air conditioner to stop running. I spoke to the manager and I told him that something that they’d done had to have caused my car’s keyless remote and air conditioner not to work! We went back and forth since the manager didn’t want to admit that they had caused the problem! I told them I had just purchased a new keyless remote for $500 and I wasn’t going to pay them for something they had done! He didn’t agree with me that they caused the problem , so I finally convinced him that they should replace my key, but, he said he wouldn’t pay to fix my air conditioner. I had to drive six hours to my home in Mississippi with no air conditioner. It was very hot and humid: my husband has seizures and he’s a diabetic: he was so hot and I’ll, that he had a seizure not even halfway to Mississippi! We had to stop at a service station until we could get him cooled down and back to himself. That could have really been a bad outcome! I blame Bolton Ford for causing me and my family all the stress and my husband’s seizure from getting too hot without my air conditioner being repaired by them!  They got away with not repairing their mistakes, but, I’m not gonna let them get away with it! They need to pay for my air conditioner repairs! I don’t want to have to take them to court, but, I will!

    I have a 2018 Ford f150 that the radio went black and quit working in April 2020, less than 3 years old and naturally not covered under warranty. Due to the pandemic I didn't go for service until April 2022. Was told the diagnosis would be around an hour. 4 hours later, I was told it needed a new radio and that would fix all the problems, phone, direction, radio etc. I was told it would take about 4 days for the part to come in. I went June 1 and paid for and ordered the part. Again I was told it would take 4 days. I all several times in June and nobody could give me an answer. There was never any follow up by the service department with information or updates. On July 13, while checking the Bolton site for King Bolton's email address, Jessica popped up to chat so I explained what problems I was having and that I wanted King Bolton's email address. The next morning I got a call asking me when I would like to come in to have my vehicle fixed. I asked him "So the part came in?", silence, then I'll call you right back. No call until out of the blue on August 14, one month later, I got a call to schedule my vehicle for repair. The next available slot was September 1. So 3 months after I ordered and paid for my radio, I am due to have it replaced. Terrible service, terrible follow up and as many problems reported on the internet with the same situation, terrible product.
