    Mi nombre es ******************************* y tengo ya 7 meses de buscar ayuda y no e podido encontrar espero que alguien aqu lo pueda hacer hace 7 meses fui a un saln de belleza porque quise hacerme un cambio en mi cabello porque quera sentirme mas bonito pero *** *** una terrible desicion porque hasta el da ****** tengo traumas psicolgicos y muchas noches no puedo dormir porque el hombre que me atendi *** muy resista con mi y con mi prima que me acompa al saln ella *** tenstigo de el mal trabajo que hizo *** persona en mi cabello es por eso que le solicito a ese local la compensacin de ****** dlares por todo el sufrimiento que el causo en mi destruyo mi cabello lo dejo horrible y me trato ami y ami prima muy mal solamente porque soy hispana por favor les pido ayuda yo tengo fotos y testigos

I hope someone here can do it. 7 months ago I went to a beauty salon because I wanted to change my hair because I wanted to feel prettier but that was it. a terrible decision because to this day I have psychological traumas and many nights I cannot sleep because the man who attended me was very resistant to me and to my cousin who accompanied me to the salon, she was a witness to the bad work that person did in my hair, that is why I ask that local for compensation of ****** dollars for all the suffering that it caused in me, it destroyed my hair, it left it horrible, and it treated me and my cousin very badly just because I am Hispanic, please, I ask you for help. I have photos and witnesses

    The details of this matter are as follows.
    This customer came in with a friend. This customer did not speak English and her friend was interpreting the conversation between the stylist and the customer. The customer came in and showed a picture  of what her desired and expected color she would like to achieve. It was explained to her friend that the color she desired would not be possible to be achieved in one session. The customer had previous color on her hair and it was explained to her friend that because of previous hair color on her hair that it would be a corrective color. When doing a corrective color it is very difficult to determine the final result because we have no idea what has previously been done on her hair. The customers friend translated this information to the customer, but we have no idea what she told her because We do not understand Spanish. We have many Spanish clients and perform color services with no issues throughout our business years. We are familiar with Spanish hair types and do our services well with no complaints. We really depend on the customer to be honest with us about their hair before performing a color service so that we know how to achieve their desired result. However the customers hair was pre-highlighted but we were not told or informed she had previous color on her hair, which is crucial in our consultation. The customer again was told per translated by her friend that her desired color would not be achieved in one sitting and it would take several sessions. Also when doing a bleaching service it is always recommended to have a hair cut after a salon service and for the best results for healthy hair after a bleaching service. Hair that has not been cut in some time after receiving a bleaching service can possibly  leave damaged ends and this is why a haircut is needed. The customer refused a haircut. We have no idea what the customers friend told her during our consultation but we explained very thoroughly the expected result. When the service was over the customer got very upset about her hair not being as the expected picture and started yelling and yelling. It was explained yet again that it would be a process to achieve the desired look over several sessions and this was explained once again to her friend who was interpreting the message to her. Everything is on camera with voice. It all has been recorded and we have a copy. This video will prove that the stylist was not rude in any way and the service consultation and service performed was as expected. The service cost came to $ 450 and the time spent was 5 hours. It is recorded on camera that the customer NEVER PAID FOR HER SERVICE so in fact no refund is due at all to her and she left without paying for a service that was performed professionally on her. Her desired result was not realistic and could not be achieved and this was explained to her very thoroughly. Afterwards we called the police to file a report for services not paid and they said we couldnt because it was a civil matter. This is also recorded on our cameras. We also have a witness who was our assistant at the time and was present  that can testify all the above is true. We currently have a 5 star rating and it is our passion and privilege to do what we love. We take pride in what we do and we love it. However customers come in an have unrealistic expectations for their hair, that is why a great consultation is so important. Honesty on both parts the stylist and the customer. We feel we did our part on being thorough and honest, we do not feel the customer did the same. We achieved a 5 star rating our customers we have a reputation of doing great work.
